Return & Refund Policy – Watcheswala

At Watcheswala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with high-quality watches and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must not be damaged, scratched, or altered in any way.

  • All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

Note: Items on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear

  • Products returned after the 7-day window


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@watcheswala.com or WhatsApp at [Your Number] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify your request and may ask for photos of the product.

  3. If approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

  4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return.

Return shipping charges:

  • If the return is due to a fault on our side (wrong item/damaged), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer must bear the shipping charges.


4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:

  • Refunds are issued within 7 working days via the original payment method.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

  • Refunds will only be issued after successful product inspection.

Note: Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange instead of a refund if:

  • The size is incorrect (in case of adjustable watches/straps).

  • You received a wrong item.

  • You want to exchange it with another design or color (subject to availability).

Exchange is processed after the original product is returned and passes quality checks.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A full refund (in case replacement is not available)


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the return policy applies. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@watcheswala.com.
